Key Achievements:
· Co-responsible for the planning and implementation of a $30 million PTT deployment for over 3 million
users.
· Provided strategic guidance on engineering activities like architecture, service discovery, disaster
planning and geo-redundancy.
· Provided clear direction and tactical management to a remote deployment and vendor team of 30
resources.
· Held regular meetings with executive leadership to manage expectations and drive accountability.
· Presented opportunities for product and process enhancements, implementation approach, risks &
mitigation plans and ensured that stakeholder and customer concerns were resolved in a timely manner.
· Drove value by negotiating scope of delivery, budget and deadlines in a diplomatic manner.

Mexico, Peru and Chile.
· Interfaced with vendors for procurement, requirements definition and architecture for deployment of
various network elements.
· Managed testing and integration activities for several aspects of the PTT program (Server, network and
client).
· Led design and integration of PTT interoperability with the Sprint PTT system.
· Managed roaming architecture design, integration and testing for PTT.
· Led operational handover of solution, including selection of vendor for collection and reporting of
performance/platform statistics.
